| 摘 要： | 通过红外光谱、1HNMR、元素分析等对新型Bola型表面活性剂1,12-二组氨酸基十二烷基二胺盐(H2D)的结构进行表征。通过微量量热和电导率的实验方法测得H2D的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为3.0×10-5mol/L左右,通过荧光探针法测定H2D胶束聚集数N为5,动态光散射测得H2D的胶束半径主要分布在1.79 nm附近。

| Abstract: | The structure properties of 1,12-dihistidine diaminododecane(H2D) were characterized by FTIR spectroscopy,1H NMR and elementary analysis measurement.The critical micelle concentration(cmc) of(H2D) is 3.0×10-5 mol/L by isothermal titration microcalorimetry and conductivity determination.Beside the aggregation number,N was investigated by fluorescent probe technique,adopting a value of 5.Based on the dynamic light scattering(DLS),the average radius of the micelle of H2D is about 1.79 nm. |
