步进电动机细分驱动器设计与实现

摘    要:论述了以电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转原理为基础的步进电动机细分驱动技术.设计利用单片机的SPWM控制的电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转的细分驱动模式,并通过软件实现多种细分驱动控制,在此基础上为修正误差引入电流反馈环节,实现了对混合式步进电动机的精确运行控制.实验结果表明.系统能够满足用户的定位精度要求,有效地抑制了运行噪声和机械振动.

Abstract:Analyzed step motor subdivision drive technology based on principle of the current vector even rotating with uniform amplitude. Using SPWM control with MCU designed subdivision drive mode of cur-rent vector even rotating with uniform amplitude, which can realize multi-kinds subdivision series control by setting software data. The current feedback was also adopted to compensate the error and the precise control to hybrid motor was implemented. Experiments indicate that the system can meet the require-ments of location precision and restrain noise and mechanical vibration effectively.
