| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补阳还五汤联合腕踝针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗法。方法将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组，对照组28例，应用维生素B1加甲钴胺注射液（弥可保）肌注；治疗组32例，应用补阳还五汤联合腕踝针治疗，两组疗程均为3周。结果治疗组总有效率93．75％，对照组总有效率71．43％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论补阳还五汤联合腕踝针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果良好．值得推广。
