原发性高血压患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性与中医证型相关性研究

目的:探讨原发性高血压患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性与中医证型相关性。方法:观察96例高血压病患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性的变化,其中肝肾阴虚型21例、肝阳上亢型20例、痰湿内阻26例、瘀血内停29例,并与20例正常人比较,探讨高血压病患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性与中医证型的相关性。结果:(1)高血压病组患者肱动脉充血后内径变化率显著低于正常对照组,有显著性差异(P0.01)。(2)高血压病各证型患者肱动脉充血后内径变化率显著低于正常对照组,均有显著性差异(P0.05);肱动脉充血后内径变化率变化趋势:瘀血内停型、痰湿内阻型(肝阳上亢型、肝肾阴虚型(正常对照组。结论:(1)高血压患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性降低。(2)瘀血内停型、痰湿内阻型高血压病患者肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性水平显著降低,显示瘀血内停、痰湿内阻与肱动脉血管内皮舒张活性有关。

The Study of the Relativity of Vascular Endothelial Function of the Brachial Artery in Essential Hypertension with Traditional Chinese Medical Classification

Objective：To investigate the relativity of vascular endothelial function of the brachial artery with the patients in essential hypertension with Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）classification.Methods：96 patients with essential hypertension were divided into different types with TCM classification deficiency of liver-kidney yin type（21 cases）,hyperactivity of 1iver-yang type（20 cases）,interior blockage of phlegm-dampness type（26 cases）,interior retention of blood stasis type（29 cases）and compared with a control group with normal blood pressure（20 cases）.The concentration of impaired endothelium-dependent vasodilation was tested respectively and their changes were analyzed.The relativity of impaired endothelium-dependent vasodilation in essential hypertension with TCM classification was investigated.Results：（1）Compared with the control,the change of FMD was significantly decreased with the patients in essential hypertension（P〈0.01）.（2）In contrast with the control group,the change of FMD was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）in types with TCM classification.Change rule：interior retention of blood stasis type、interior blockage of phlegm-dampness typehyperactivity of 1iver-yang type、deficiency of liver-kidney yin typethe control group.Conclusion：（1）The change of FMD of the patient with interior retention of blood stasis type and interior blockage of phlegm-dampness type was significantly decreased in hypertensive patients.（2）The decreased of FMD is related to interior blockage of phlegm dampness and interior retention of blood stasis.
