摘    要:针对油田管道和压力容器所用的防腐涂层,从有机涂层、无机涂层和无机有机复合涂层三大类分别从涂料的组成、涂层的防腐性能特点及应用范围等方面介绍了常用的涂层类型,简要阐述了涂层的屏蔽作用、缓蚀作用和电化学保护三个主要的防腐机理以及影响涂层质量的主要因素,并关注了目前一些新型涂层的研究动态,提出了未来涂层防腐技术的研究和应用应着重注意的问题。

Research Status and Progress of Pressure Vessel and Pipeline with Coating in Oilfield
Abstract:This paper reviews the anti--corrosion coatings that are applied in oil pipelines and pressure vessels in oilfield, including organic coatings, inorganic coatings and inorganicorganic composite coatings. The composition, anti--corrosion coating performance characteristics and application of the coatings were briefly introduced. Three main anti--corrosion mechanisms including the shielding effect, corrosion inhibition feature, and electrochemical corrosion protection function of anti--corrosion coatings were investigated. The main factors affecting the quality of coatings were also discussed. Finally, the research progress of novel coatings was concerned, and the issues that should be mainly noted research and applica tion of anti--corrosion coating technology in future were proposed.
