依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血疗效观察

目的 观察依达拉奉注射液对急性脑出血的临床疗效.方法 将170例急性脑出血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予依达拉奉注射液30 mg加生理盐水100 mL静滴,30 min内滴完,2次/d,2周为1个疗程.观察14 d时2组脑血肿、脑水肿的变化、疗效评定、神经功能缺损程度（CSS）及日常生活活动量（ADL）评分,并进行统计学分析.结果 2周后治疗组与对照组相比脑血肿和脑水肿体积比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组显效率和有效率分别为50.0%和87.5%,高于对照组的22.6%和61.3%（P＜0.05）;治疗组与对照组在治疗14 d的CSS及ADL评分差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 依达拉奉能促进血肿吸收,抑制水肿形成,可明显促进脑出血患者神经功能康复,临床应用安全有效.

Clinical efficacy of edaravone injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of edaravone injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methuds 170 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into study group and the control group. Study group on the basis of conventional therapy, given edaravone injection 30 mg 100 mL normal saline intravenously drip completed within 30 minutes, 2 times a day,P, weeks as a course of treatment, after 14 days. The brain hematoma, cerebral edema changes, efficacy evalua- tion, the degree of neurological deficits （CSS） and the amount of activities of daily living （ADL） scores, and statistically were analyzed. Results At the end of 14 days, Cerebral hematoma and cerebral edema volume differences were statistically signifi- cant in the two groups （P〈0.05） ;The study group＇s significant efficiency and effectiveness（50.0% and 87.5%） were signifi- cantly higher than the control group（22.6% and 61.3 %） （P〈0.05） ;The CSS and ADL score difference was also significant （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Edaravone can promote hematoma absorpti0n, inhibit edema formation, and improve the neurological rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage safely.
