热传导与羊毛织物保暖性的关系

摘    要:通过测定不同处理条件下羊毛织物的保暖性能和织物的厚度变化,以及通过纤维形态结构的电镜分析等手段,研究了热传导与羊毛织物保暖性能的关系.结果表明:羊毛具有优良保暖性能,不同的染整加工处理对其保暖性有不同影响;蓬松处理增加羊毛织物的静止空气蓄存,由降低羊毛织物的热传导性而提高其保暖性;聚氨酯处理使羊毛表面形成聚合物膜和在一些纤维孔穴缝隙中填充高分子物,其结果一方面使对流下降,另一方面则使静态空气减少和热传导性增加,综合效果使羊毛的保暖性下降.

Abstract:The relations between the thermal conductivity and the warm property of wool fabrics was studied by testing the warm efficiency of variously treated wool fabrics, measuring the thickness of wool fabrics and the SEM analysis of wool morphological structures. The results indicated that, the wool showed natural excellent warm property, and it changed due to different treatments. Bulking treatment increased the still air contained in the wool fabric, and decreased tile thermal conductivity of wool, leading to improvement in the warm efficiency of wool ; PU treatment made a polymer film formed on wool surface and filled the pores in/between wool fibers with the polymer deposits, resulting in a decrease in air convection and a increase in thermal conductivity of wool, and a net outcome of the decrease in wool warm property.
