虚拟三极管伏安特性测试仪的设计

摘    要:在传统的三极管参数测试实验中,通常需要使用多种测量仪器来测量三极管的伏安特性曲线和其他参数。为了降低实验成本,简化实验操作过程,采用虚拟仪器技术设计了一种三极管伏安特性测试仪。可以在PCI-1200数据采集卡和PC机所构建的平台上实现三极管主要参数的测量。通过对2SC9014三极管进行实际测量,证明其能够满足测试实验要求。
