| Abstract: | The quality of doctoral students is an important indicator for the education quality of an institution.To train high quality doctoral students,not only the innovative quality of them,but their academic moral should be emphasized.Improving the quality of mentors,building a good academic atmosphere and research environment,management and services throughout the whole training process are all important aspects. |
