摘    要:介绍基于PI数据库的断面潮流在线监测及告警系统的实现方案和关键技术.应用SVG的可视化技术实现潮流监测图的动态显示,通过C/S客户端实现了潮流越限告警功能.该系统为集控站的安全运行提供了有效的监测和分析方法,并且对有效利用PI实时数据库开展电力业务的高级应用提供了借鉴.

Abstract:The development scheme and key technologies for the PI database-based on-line monitor and alarm system for interface power flow were presented.The SVG visualization technology was applied to dynamic display of power flow monitor images,and the alarm for flow limit exceeding was also realized through C/S mode.The proposed system provides an effective monitor and analysis method for operation of centralized control stations.
