摘    要:本文对番茄籽油中脂肪酸成份进行了分析,采用氢氧化钾-在室温下对番茄籽油进行酯化,并采用气-质联用仪鉴定了番茄籽油中脂肪酸。

Abstract:In this article the fatty acid composition in tomato seed oil has been analysed. The tomato seed oil was esterified by using Potassa-methanol fast ester exchange method at room temperature. The fatty acids in tomato seed oil have been identified by using gas chromatograph-mass spetrometer. The authors have studied the optimum conditions of chromatographic fractionation and obtained the satisfactary experimental results.
