子宫内膜异位症患者血清对氧磷脂酶-1的测定及临床意义

目的探讨子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者血清对氧磷脂酶-1（PON-1）、丙二醛（MDA）水平的变化及其在内异症发病中的作用。方法测定45例内异症患者和20例对照组血清PON-1、MDA的含量，分析PON-1活性与内异症的关系。结果内异症患者血清PON-1水平显著低于对照组（P〈0．01），而MDA水平高于对照组（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。内异症患者PON-1水平重度组明显低于轻度组（P〈0．05），其血清水平与病情程度成负相关（r=-0．544，P〈0．01）。结论内异症患者PON-1水平明显升高，并随疾病的严重程度而降低，可能在内异症的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

The role of PON-1 and MDA in the serum of patients with endometriosis

Objective ： To investigate the PON - 1 and MDA levels in serum from patients with endometriosis and its role or pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods： Testing the levels of PON - 1 and MDA from 45 patients （test group） with endometriosis and 20 patients without endometriosis （control group）. Results： The PON - 1 levels in serum were significantly lower in test group than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. However, the MDA levels in serum were significantly higher in test group than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The PON - 1 levels in serum of the patients with mild endometriosis were significantly higher than those in severe patients （ P 〈0. 05）. There was negative correlation between the PON - 1 levels in serum and the severity of stages （ r = -0. 544, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： The results suggest that PON - 1 levels increase in serum from patients with endometriosis, but have an inverse correlation with the extent of endometriosis. The changes of PON - 1 levels in serum may play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
