| 摘 要： | 针对机床夹具定位元件种类多、无固定设计模型和涉及数据资料多的特点,提出了机床夹具定位设计CAD系统的开发方法和思路,建立了各种定位方案的定位误差计算的数学模型.在SolidWorks环境下,用VB开发机床夹具的定位元件库,通过定位误差的计算确定夹具设计的定位方案,实现机床夹具定位设计的自动化.

| Abstract: | According to the large quantity of categories,no fixed models and lots of data involved of fixture location design,the method of fixture location CAD and building the mathematics model of location tolerance analysis,graphic database of fixture location parts in environment of SolidWorks is discussed based on the development SolidWorks by VB,realize the fixture location design automation. |
