| 摘 要： | 太赫兹(THz)辐射是一种新型的远红外相干辐射源,太赫兹时域光谱技术是利用太赫兹脉冲研究物质物理化学性质的一种新兴光谱技术,具有很多独特的性质。由于很多极性生物大分子的振动和旋转能级都处于在太赫兹波段内,因此利用太赫兹时域光谱技术和太赫兹成像技术研究药品的结构,分析药品的成分,对控制药品的质量稳定性具有重要的意义。综述了近些年来太赫兹技术在药品领域上的应用成果,探讨了存在的问题,并对发展前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The terahertz(THz) radiation is a new type of far-infrared coherent radiation sources,terahertz time do-main spectroscopy is an emerging spectrum technology,which can study the material physical and chemical properties using terahertz pulse and has many unique properties.Because the vibration and rotation energy levels of polar biological macromolecules are in the terahertz band,so using terahertz time domain spectroscopy and THz imaging technology the structure of drugs could be studied,and the composition of drugs could be analyzed,which has important significance to control the drug quality stability.This paper reviews the terahertz technology in recent years on the drug testing results,discusses the existing problems and development prospect. |
