| 摘 要： | 目的评价帕瑞昔布钠(Parecoxib)超前镇痛对胃癌手术患者围术期血浆白细胞介素17(IL-17)的影响。方法拟在气管内麻醉下行胃癌手术患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例:对照组(C组)为舒芬太尼术后镇痛组,试验组(P组)为帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛复合舒芬太尼术后镇痛组,基础值(T1)、术毕(T2)、术后6 h(T3)、术后12 h(T4)、术后24 h(T5)采右颈内静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血浆IL-17浓度。结果 P组T2、T3时IL-17水平降低(P0.05)。结论帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛,通过下调患者血清IL-17水平,抑制炎症反应,体现出良好的镇痛效应。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the influences of preemptive analgesia with parecoxib combined with sufentanil on plasma interleukin17（IL-17） in patients undergoing gastric cancer operation.Methods Sixty patients scheduled for elective gastric cancer operation under general anesthesia were randomly assigned into two groups,ie.Group C（control group,n = 30） treated with sufentanil and Group P（preemptive group,n = 30） treated with preemptive parecoxib plus sufentanil.Venous blood was drawn before the induction of anesthesia（T1）,immediately after the end of operation（T2）,and 6,12 and 24 h after operation（T3,T4,T5） for determination of plasma IL-17 levels.Results The concentration of plasma IL-17 was significantly reduced at the time points of T2,T3 in Group P（P 0.05）.Conclusion Preemptive analgesia with parecoxib reduces the levels of IL-17,which has a perfect analgesic effect. |
