| 摘 要： | 目的 初步了解红珍珠降糖胶囊调节体液免疫和细胞免疫的作用。方法 ig给药 ,观察小鼠迟发型超敏反应并测定小鼠溶血素水平。结果 使用降糖胶囊剂量达 2 .1 6g/kg时能明显增强小鼠迟发型超敏反应 ( p <0 .0 1 ) ,1 .0 8g/kg、2 .1 6g/kg能显著升高小鼠溶血素水平 ( p<0 .0 1 ) ,且不同给药组间呈现量效关系。结论 降糖胶囊可能具有提高小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫的功能

| Abstract: | Objective: The effect of humoral immunity and cellular immunity of the HongZhenZhuJiangTang (HZZJT) capsule were studied preliminarily. Method: To observe the delayed hypersensitivity reaction and determinate the hemolysin level in mice by oral administration. Result: The HZZJT capsule at 2.16g/kg orally could strengthen the delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice (p<0.01),the doses of 0.36, 1.08 and 2.16g/kg all could elevate distinctly the hemolysin level in mice (p<0.05, p<0.01). Conclusion: The HZZJT capsule may increase the effect of humoral immunity and cellular immunity in mice . |
