插层型NBR/膨润土混杂材料及其对PVC增韧作用的研究

摘    要:研究了胶乳插层法制备的丁腈橡胶 /有机改性膨润土 (NBR/OMB)混杂材料的力学性能和微观结构及其对聚氯乙烯 (PVC)的增韧作用。结果表明 :胶乳插层法制备的NBR/OMB混杂材料具有优异的力学性能 ;TEM和XRD结果表明 ,有部分NBR大分子嵌入到膨润土层间 ,形成较均匀、细致的分散。NBR/OMB混杂材料增韧PVC的效果明显优于NBR ,增韧后拉伸强度和弯曲强度的保持率明显提高

Abstract:Butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber/organomodified bentonite (NBR/OMB) intercalated hybrids were prepared with latex intercalation technique. The mechanical properties and microstructure of NBR/OMB were investigated. The results showed that the organomodified bentonite is an effective toughening modifier for NBR. The results of transimission electronic microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the NBR macromolecule could be intercalated in the interlayer of bentonite. NBR/OMB hybrids was used as toughening modifier for Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). The results showed that incorporation of NBR/OMB hybrids into PVC leads to substantial increase in impact strength with retention in tensile strength and flexible strength compared to the unmodified PVC.
