针刺配合敷贴对经尿道前列腺电切术术后膀胱痉挛的影响

目的:观察针刺配合敷贴对经尿道前列腺电切术术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法:选取我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的100例行经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生患者作为本次研究的对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组在术后采用镇痛泵持续镇痛48 h治疗,观察组在术后6 h采用针刺配合敷贴治疗,对比两组治疗方法对膀胱痉挛的影响。结果:治疗后两组患者膀胱痉挛的发生率和膀胱痉挛的疼痛程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对行经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生患者采用针刺配合敷贴的方法对术后膀胱痉挛有显著的临床效果,有效降低了膀胱痉挛的发生率和疼痛程度,值得推广应用。

Acupuncture with sticking to the urethra prostate electricity cut method of bladder spasm after impact

Abstract: objective: acupuncture with patches of cut method of bladder spasm after transurethral prostatic electricity. Methods: from March 2014 to March 2014 were 100 routine electrical cut method of transurethral prostatic hyperplasia of prostate patients as the object of the present study were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group patients in the treatment with postoperative analgesia pump continuous analgesia 48 h, observation group of patients in postoperative treatment with 6 h acupuncture with patches, compared two groups of treatment effect on bladder spasm. Results: the incidence of compared two groups of patients with bladder spasm after treatment and bladder spasm pain degree, the observation group and control group the results have significant differences, compared the two groups was statistically difference (P < 0.05). Conclusions: transurethral plasmakentic vaporization of prostate for electricity cut method of prostatic hyperplasia were treated by acupuncture with sticking on the way in the treatment of bladder spasm has significant clinical effect, effectively reduced the incidence of bladder spasm and pain degree, is worthy of popularization and application.
