摘    要:针对采用连铸坯生产特厚板的特点,通过严格控制炼钢工艺以提高连铸坯的内部质量,热轧过程中采用大变形系数轧制,以确保铸坯在热轧过程中沿厚度方向变形的均匀性和晶粒的进一步细化,以及合理的正火工艺,成功开发了130mmQ345EZ35钢板。对正火态钢板的组织性能检测表明,试制钢板力学性能满足标准和用户要求,钢板板型和表面质量良好,且具有较大的工艺窗口,易于实现工业化生产。

Abstract:Pointing to the production characteristics of the heavy plates using continuous casting slab, through controlling the steelmaking process strictly to improve the internal quality of continuous casting slab, using the rolling process with large deformation coefficient during hot rolling to ensure, the deformation uniformity in the thickness direction and further grain refinement, and choosing the reasonable normalizing process, 130 mm Q345EZ35 steel plate was developed successfully. The testing about microstructure and mechanical properties of the normalizing steel plate showed that the mechanical properties of the steel plate with good shape and high surface quality could meet the requirements of the standard and the demand of customers, and its industrial production was realized easily for its larger processing window.
