老年病人术后气管导管拔管期高血压处理时机的探讨

目的探索老年高血压病人全麻苏醒过程中对高血压处理的最佳时机。方法选择老年高血压病人85例,随机分为两组。甲组麻醉苏醒时先拔管,后处理高血压。乙组先处理高血压,后拔管。监测拔管前后病人的血压、心率、血氧饱和度等值的变化。结果甲组病人血压严重波动者明显多于乙组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压病人全麻苏醒时宜先控制高血压,后拔管除气管导管。

TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSION FOR ELDERLY PATIENTS DURING THE PERIOD OF EXTUBATION

Objective To investigate the treatment of hypertension for the elderly patients in recovery stage of intratracheal extubation. Methods Eighty-five elderly patients with hypertension were selected and divided into groups A and B randomly. In the recovery stage of general anesthesia, patients of group A were extubated tracheal tube first and then controlled the hypertension. Those of group B were first treated the hypertension and then extubated their tracheal tube when patients returned to consciousness. The systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR) and blood oxygen saturation (SaO2) were recorded. Results The number of patients whose blood pressure changed markedly in group A were more than the number of patients in group B(.P <0.05). Conclusions During the recovery stage of general anesthesia, the hypertension in the elderly patients should be treated before extubation.
