| 摘 要： | 分析并建立了供应链网络均衡模型,指出供应链中的均衡状态往往是不可能达到的,因为均衡时制造商和零售商的利润是固定的,而这种固定的利润分配未必使双方都满意。在供应链网络均衡中引进回收合约,克服了上述弊端。即通过回收合约的协调,使得在制造商和零售商都满意的利润分配下达到均衡状态。

| Abstract: | A supply chain network equilibrium model is analyzed and established.It is pointed that the supply chain network equilibrium state does not often exist.Due to the profit allocation between the manufacturers and retailers is unchangeable when supply chain network is equilibrium,the equilibrium state is too ideal to be in the market economy.In order to be equilibrium,the authors introduce buy back contract into the supply chain network equilibrium model.The manufacturers and retailers determine the contracts parameter through bargaining,so that all of them satisfy with the profit allocation of the supply chain network equilibrium state. |
