摘    要:用国家堤防设计规范和欧美最广泛认可的van der Meer提出的斜坡复式海堤波浪爬高计算方法,对一系列工程实例计算对比之后,分析了有关影响因素,提出了对后者的修改和使用意见:对用van der Meer法计算的越浪量,与有关实验结果作定性对比分析,提出斜坡复式海堤越浪量计算中存在的问题和对有关公式的修改建议。相关分析表明,从海堤越浪安全和工程建设的角度看,现行规范规定的允许越浪或不允许越浪设计准则不够科学,应根据结构防护和功能要求直接以控制越浪量为设计准则。

Abstract:The wave run-up on composite sloped sea dikes for a series of practical engineering is computed with the relevant Chinese State Dike Design Code and van der Meet method respectively. Comparisons between them are carried out. The detailed analysis and some remarks about the two methods are given. Comparing the overtopping computed by van der Meer method with the experimental results, some suggestions and modification are provided for the method. According to the analysis of overtopping risk and engineering construction, it is found out that the design criterion of no overtopping or allowable overtopping for sea dike are not reasonable enough, so it is suggested that admissible overtopping discharge should be, taken as criteria for sea dike design.
