摘    要:目的评价某以焦炉气为原料合成甲醇装置的职业病危害控制效果,提出防治对策,保护劳动者健康。方法通过现场卫生学调查,检测该作业场所职业病危害因素浓度(或强度),分析其职业病危害控制效果。结果检测生产性粉尘、物理及化学有害因素共23种,其中粉尘检测点位15个,合格点位8个,合格率53.3%;检测化学毒物18种,共计201个点位,其中氨的合格率为93.7%,其余化学毒物检测合格率100%;噪声检测涉及37个点位,噪声个体检测5个工种,合格率为40%;照明检测合格率为100%。结论煤尘、矽尘、氰化氢、苯并(a)吡、苯系物、硫化氢、萘、二硫化碳等是该项目的主要职业病危害因素,且危害程度十分严重,应通过工程技术改造,采取有效的职业病危害防护措施加以控制。

Abstract:Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a methanol synthesis equipment with coke oven gas as raw material,and put forward countermeasures to protect the health of workers.Methods]Through on-sit health survey,the concentration(or intensity) of occupational hazards were detected in this workplace,and the control effect was analyzed.Results]A total of 23 kinds of industrial dust,physical and chemical hazards were detected,including 15 points of dust detection,8 eligible points(53.3%);18 kinds of chemical toxicants were detected on 201 points,with qualified rate of ammonia of 93.7%,100% of the rest;noise testing involved 37 points,detection of individual noise on 5 types of work,with qualified rate of 40%;the qualified rate of illumination was 100%.Conclusion]Coal dust,silicon dust,hydrogen cyanide,benzopyrone,benzene series,naphthalene,carbon disulfide are the main occupational hazards in this project with seriously harmful levels.Therefore,the project should be modified by engineering technology,and through adoption of control measures to prevent occupational disease.
