中国农村反贫困内在机理研究

与繁荣的城市和发达的工商业相并存的是农业的落后和农村的贫困. "三农"问题成为新世纪中国面临的最突出问题.从我国"国情"、"农情"出发,寻找农村反贫困的内在机理,提出从减负增收、调整结构、减少农民、加大投入、发展教育和形成农民"压力集团"等几个方面入手,解决农村贫困问题.

On Internal Mechanism against the Poverty in China''''s Rural Areas

At present , the two-structure is conspicuous in urban and rural areas in China. The prosperous cities and developed industry commerce exist along with the backward agriculture and poverty-striken rural areas. These years , the agriculture is stagnant and the peasants have little money to support their family. "Problems in agriculture, rural areas and peasants have become the most urgent problems in China in the new century. How to solve the problems of rural poverty ? On the basis of national and agriculture condition, research is on the internal mechanism against poverty ,suggesting that the government should deal with the problems from several sides , such as decreasing peasant's burden and increase their income, regulating the structure, diminishing the numbers of peasants, investing more, developing education and organizing peasant's corporation.
