摘    要:目前,国内越来越多的居住小区进行了地下停车规划的实践,利用腾出来的地面创造了更多的水体与绿地,改善了生态环境。本研究以南京某居住小区地下停车规划为实例,以微气候流体力学模拟软件Envi-met为手段,通过对该小区进行地下停车规划与不进行地下停车规划两个方案进行冬夏两季的居住区室外微气候模拟分析,利用模拟计算得到的微气候参数(风速与风向、空气温度、相对湿度)、空气质量参数(CO2分布)以及室外人员热舒适参数(平均辐射温度MRT)等数据,通过两种方案的模拟结果对比,量化分析了地下停车规划对该居住区外环境的影响,探讨了地下停车规划对居住区城市微气候的影响与效益。

Abstract:Currently, in more and more residential districts underground parkings have been built and more water and green space could be created on the ground area. So the environment has been improved. This paper analyzed the microclimate of two planning programmes of residential quarter by using the microclimate fluid dynamics simulation software Envi-met, that in one programme there is underground parking planning, and in the other one there is not. The results from simulation include microclimate parameters(wind speed and direction, air temperature and relative humidity), air quality parameters(the distribution of CO2) and the outdoor thermal comfort parameters(mean radiant temperature). By comparing the results of these two programmes, this paper quantitatively analyzed the influence and benefits of the underground parking to the microclimate in residential quarter.
