| 摘 要： | 目的探讨个体、团体、家庭"三位一体"心理干预在老年抑郁症患者中的应用方法,并观察其对老年抑郁症患者抑郁、应对及防御方式的影响。方法将70例老年抑郁症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用药物治疗和精神科常规护理,干预组在此基础上采用个体、团体、家庭"三位一体"心理干预。心理干预前后采用抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)、简易应对方式问卷(Simplifieed coping stye Questionnaire,SCSQ)和防御方式问卷(Defense stye Questionnaire,DSQ)分别对两组患者进行评价。结果心理干预后,干预组患者SDS评分低于对照组;积极应对分数高于对照组,消极应对分数低于对照组;成熟型得分高于对照组,不成熟型得分低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论个体、团体、家庭"三位一体"的心理干预,三者紧密联系,相互影响,从而有效减轻患者的抑郁症状,改善其应对及防御方式,从而提高患者的心理社会功能的康复。
