Au-NiO/TiO2催化剂上甲醇自热重整和水蒸汽重整制氢的比较研究

摘    要:研究了共沉淀法制备Au—NiO/TiO2甲醇制氢催化剂,考察了甲醇自热重整和水蒸汽重整制氢反应条件如反应温度、氧(或水)醇比等对甲醇转化率、氢气产率和二氧化碳选择性的影响。研究结果表明:对于甲醇自热重整反应,当温度为200℃,进料空速(WHSV)为3.42h^-1,n(O2):n(CH3OH)=0.30时,催化剂活性最好;对于甲醇水蒸汽重整反应,最佳反应条件为:反应温度275℃,n(H2O):n(CH3OH)=1.0,液体进料空速为3.42h。

Abstract:By using Au-NiO/TiO2 as catalyst,the effects of reaction temperature and molar ratio of oxygen(or water) to methanol on the conversion of methanol,yield of hydrogen and selectivity of carbon dioxide were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions of Au-NiO/TiO2 are obtained as follows: for autothermal reforming reaction of methanol,reaction temperature is 200 ℃,n(O2):n(CH3OH)=0.30,WHSV=3.42h-1;for steam reforming of methanol,reaction temperature is 275 ℃,n(H2O):n(CH3OH)=1.0,WHSV=3.42 h-1.
