| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一个我们开发的计算机辅助数控加工编程系统─ＬＧＮＣ系统。系统采用分级菜单驱动的模块化结构．人机交互输人零件的几何信息、运动信息和工艺信息，系统确定对刀点、选择刀具和切削参数，计算刀具的运动轨迹等，自动生成该零件的数控加工程序。为了检验所编程序的正确性，系统具有数控加工图形动态模拟功能。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a interactive computer aided NC programming system,LGNC System,that has been developed to generate NC program to machine the part.In the system,the user can answer questions of leading menu correctly according to part drawing,to input geometric information,motion information,and technological information.The system selects cutter set position,tools,machining perameters and calculates tool path,NC pragram is generated automaticlly and verified by simulating tool path on the CRT. |
