| 摘 要： | 以溶剂浓度、浸提时间、pH值为因素，各设3个水平，按L9（34）正交表设计实验，筛选白刺红色素的最佳提取工艺。结果得出采用pH1的20％乙醇，提取4次，每次0．5h效果较佳。本方法工艺简便、合理可行，适于工业化生产。

| Abstract: | To research and choose the best technology and conditions for extraction the pigment in the fruit of Nitraria. Sibirica Pall. Orthogonal experiment test was used for studying the effects of three extracting factors(concentration, extracting time, pH) on the extract procedure. It suggests that the preferable condition is pH 1, twenty percent ethanol solution, half-hour extracting time, and extract four times. This technics is a simple, quick and reliable method to optimize the process for extraction the pigment of Nitraria Sibirica Pall. |
