摘    要:采用聚合氯化铝(PAC)-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵均聚物(PDMDAAC)无机有机复合混凝剂(简称PAC-PD-MDAAC)对印染废水进行混凝脱色处理,探索了药剂投加量、原水的pH、沉淀时间和搅拌时间对脱色牢和COD去除率的影响。实验表明:PAC-PDMDAAC处理印染废水,对降低废水中的化学需氧量、色度具有显著效果,COD去除率为67.4%,脱色率为50.4%。处理效果优于PAC,略低于PDMDAAC。

Abstract:A composite flocculant of PAC and polydimethyldiallyammoni chloride (PDMDAAC), or PAC-PDMDAAC, was used to treat dyeing wastewater. Factors influencing color and COD removal were studied by using jar test, including the consumption of coagulant, pH value, the time of stirring and depositing etc. This study shows that PAC-PDMDAAC, in case that used to treat the dyeing wastewater, has remarkable results in reducing COD removal rate and color removal rate. COD removal rate can reach 67.4% while the color removal rate is 50.4%. It is superior to PAC and slightly lower than PDMDAAC.
