有机涂层性能评价技术研究进展

摘    要: 一系列用于有机涂层性能评价的技术及其特点,并将其划分成化学测量技术和物理测量技术.其中,化学测量技术包括交流阻抗技术、电化学噪声、Kelvin探头技术等;物理测量技术有红外光谱技术,电子自旋共振谱,正电子湮灭寿命谱等.综述了这些技术的开发与应用,并展望了涂层性能评价技术的未来.

Abstract:In this paper,a series of evaluation techniques for organic coatings performance is introduced.According to character of these techniques,they are divided into two kinds chemical measurement techniques and physical measurement techniques.The benefits and drawbacks of several chemical techniques,including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),electrochemical noise method (ENM),scanning kelvin probe,were discussed.Then a number of physical measurement techniques,in particular fourier transform infared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Electron spin resonace (ESR),positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy(PALS)used to assess the extent of coating degradation were presented,with the general advantages of these techniques being highlighted.Finally,the future of evaluation techniques for organic coatings performance is viewed.
