华能玉环电厂1000MW超超临界机组建设的探讨与实践

华能玉环电厂正在建设1000MW超超临界机组,该机组的建设特点是参数选择正确、系统安排科学、材料使用得当和设备配置合理。该机组的主机结构,如锅炉炉膛受热面、发电机、汽轮机的结构及电厂电气系统的设计可确保机组安全、稳定运行。该电厂采用海水淡化后的淡水作为水源;设计输煤系统时,4条上煤仓的皮带采用同一栈桥;采用高效脱硫、脱硝、除尘装置的设计,使该电厂成为洁净煤发电。泵组布置在运转层和选用筒型落地式滤网,以满足系统要求。

Inquisition and Practice for Construction of 1 000 MW Ultra-supercritical Units

The 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units are under construction in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant and their construction characters are of proper selection of parameters, scientific configuration of system, suitable application of material and rational arrangement of equipment. The design of the main structures, like heating area of the boiler furnace, generator and turbine, and electrical system of the whole plant is capable to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the units. The desalinated water from the sea water is taken as the water source of the plant. For design of the coal handling system 4 belt of coal loading hoppers adopt the same gallery. The plant is also designed with high-efficiency desulfurization, de-NOx and dust-removal devices, which makes the plant for clean-coal power generation. The pump sets are arranged on the operation floor with cylinder type console filtering screen to comply the requirements for the system.
