| Abstract: | This article is basedon the concept of strategic plan andthe spirits of the international semi-nar of the strategic plan of Ningbo.Through analysizing the existingproblems involved in the city devel-opment and the possibility of the city,this article conceives the develop-ment strategies of Ningbo in the 21stcentury, including the functions ofthe city, port development, industryselection, culture and characters ofthe city, space structure of the city. |
