三聚氯氰在荧光增白剂工业中的应用与展望

摘    要:本文系统地介绍了用三聚氯氰合成的荧光增白剂,按其母体化学结构类型可分为:双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类型、含三嗪基的香豆素类型、三嗪基芘类型、4-酰胺基-4‘-三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类型.详细列出了这四类荧光增白剂主要品种的化学结构式、商品名称、CAS登录号、C.I.索引号.简述了典型合成工艺和它们的主要用途.还介绍了目前双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯类型荧光增白剂的研究进展,并在相关产业链的持续拉动下,随着荧光增白剂产品不断打入国际市场,预测了今后十年内三聚氯氰在荧光增白剂中的消耗量仍将逐年递增,年均递增速率约为6%左右.

Abstract:The fluorescent brighteners synthesized from cyanuric chloride are introduced.According to the main chemical structure,they are divided into:bis(triazinyl)aminostilbenes,triazinylcoumarins,triazinylpyrazolines,4-amido-4'-triazinylaminostilbenes.Their chemistry structure,trade name,CAS Accession Number and C.I.Index Number are listed in detail.Their model synthesis technology and their main use are summarized,and the research progress of the bis(triazinyl)aminostilbene fluorescent brighteners is also introduced.With the correlation industry chain to draw and the fluorescent brighteners infiltrating the international market unceasingly,the consumption of cyanuric chloride in the fluorescent brighteners is still increasing progressively in the next ten years and the yearly average consumption speed is increasing at about 6%.
