油田含油污泥的浓缩试验研究

摘    要:油田开采和集输过程中产生的含油污泥会严重污染水质。室内和现场试验结果表明:油田污水中的含油污泥经过4 h浓缩沉降后,污泥含水率可降低90%左右;在其中加入混凝浓缩药剂,投加量为20~60 mg/L,可将污泥浓缩沉降时间缩短为1 h。该技术可避免水质二次污染,对保护油田环境具有重要作用。

Abstract:research of the oil sludge through the experiment of interior during the oil exploitation and the process of gathering, and field condensation dehydration, water percentage of oil sludge can be reduced 90% through the dehydration and sedimentation experiment of 4 h,the sedimentation time can be shorted 1 h when the drug of the condensation is used 20-60 mg/L,the time of oil sludge condensation dehydration can reduce one hour. The method can avoid water quality to be populated again and has important means to protect environment.
