卡里巴北岸水电站地下厂房扩机的爆破振动控制技术研究

摘    要:地下厂房扩机工程的爆破施工对现有厂房影响较大,为保证爆破开挖安全,防止爆破作业影响厂内现有机组和电气设备的正常运行,必须对爆破振动加以控制。结合卡里巴水电站地下厂房扩机工程对爆破振动控制技术的研究,通过开挖减振槽、应用预裂爆破、关键洞室优先开挖等联合减振措施,可以有效控制爆破振动危害,保证机组正常运行。

Blasting Vibration Control Technology for Unit Increasing Work of the Northern Bank Underground Power Plant in Kariba Hydropower Station
Abstract:In unit increasing work of underground power plants, safety of the existing plant structure and operation of the existing generator units and electrical equipment will be largely affected by the blasting construction.Therefore, vibra-tion caused by the blasting construction must be controlled properly.Several blasting vibration control measures that are successfully adopted in unit increasing work of the northern bank power plant in Kariba Hydropower Station are intro-duced, including the excavation of vibration reduction grooves, presplitting blasting technology, and early excavation of critical chambers.Practice shows that the blasting vibration is effectively controlled by those measures and the normal operation of generator units is ensured.
