“中饲苎1号”苎麻嫩茎叶常规营养成分分析

摘    要:为系统研究"中饲苎1号"苎麻嫩茎叶的常规营养成分,利用化学分析法检测了2014和2015年各7个茬次的粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)和总磷(TP)的含量。结果表明,苎麻嫩茎叶CP含量较高,2014和2015年平均含量分别达到了19.43%和21.64%;2014和2015年EE平均含量分别为3.45%和3.26%;NDF和ADF含量较为适中,2014和2015年含量分别为49.24%、44.44%和70.68%、39.62%。2014和2015年苎麻嫩茎叶的Ash含量均比较高,平均值分别达到了16.52%和18.90%,究其原因是因为苎麻嫩茎叶中Ca的含量较高,2014和2015年的平均含量分别为3.73%和6.60%;而苎麻嫩茎叶中总磷的含量较低,2014和2015年的平均含量分别为0.15%和0.33%,钙和总磷的含量不平衡。由此得出,苎麻的营养价值较高,主要体现在CP含量高,NDF较为适中,可以作为反刍动物优良的粗饲料资源加以开发利用。

Analysis of Nutritional Components in Tender Leaves and Stems of Ramie [Boehmeria nivea (L.)Gaudich.] Zhongsizhu No. 1
Abstract:s:In order to investigate the nutrient components in tender 1eaves and stems oframie [Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaudich.] Zhongsizhu No. 1,the common nutrition component such ascrude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),neutra1 detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF),crude ash(Ash),ca1cium(Ca) and tota1 phosphorus(TP) for 7 stubb1es ramie during 2014 to 2015 were ana1yzed. The resu1ts showed that the tender 1eaves and stemsof ramie had high crude protein which was 19.43% and 21.64%, respective1y, in 2014 and 2015. The average content of EE in two years was 3.45% and 3.26%,respective1y. The NDF and ADF content in ramie was moderate, which was 49.24%,44.44% and 70.68%,39.62%,respective1y,in two years. The Ash content intender stems and 1eaves of ramie was very high in two years (16.52% and 18.90%,respective1y). It mightbecause of high content of ca1cium, whichwas3.73% and 6.60% respective1y,in two years.But the tota1 phosphorus content in the 1eaves of ramie was a 1itt1e 1ow (0.15% and 0.33% respective1y),and the ratio CatoTP was not ba1anced. In conc1usion, the tender 1eaves and stems for ramie had high nutrition va1ue because of its high CPand moderate NDFcontent, and cou1d be used as good forage in ruminant.
