摘    要:研究了在高铝质低水泥浇注料中加入一定量的有机纤维和金属铝粉对其抗爆裂性的作用。结果表明,加入少量的有机纤维和金属铝粉能有效地改善低水泥浇注料的抗爆裂性而不显著降低其物理性能。同时还探讨了添加金属铝粉、有机发泡剂偶氮酰胺、乳酸铝及有机纤维的作用机理。

Abstract:The effect of organic fiber and aluminum powder addition on tbe explosion resistance of high alumina low cementcastable was investigated. The results show that the explosion resistance of the low cement castable can be remarkablyimproved with the appropriate additions of organic fibre or aluminum powder while its physical properties do not deteri-orate. The mechanism of improvement of explosion resistance with addition of aluminum powder, organic foaming a-gent azodiformamide, aluminum lactate and organic fibre has also been discussed.
