纤维结肠镜诊断炎症性肠病69例分析

经纤维结肠镜和病理检查确诊的69例炎症性肠病中,克隆病15例,非特异性溃疡性结肠炎54例。本文分别对其临床表现、病变部位作了分析,并比较了临床诊断、X 线钡灌肠与肠镜检查的符合率。提出了对其诊断的一些看法。

An Analysis of 69 Cases of Inflammatory Bowel Disease with Fibrous Colonscope Diagnosis

69 cases(Crohn's disease,15;ulcerative colitis,54)of inflammatroy bowel disease were diagnosed by the fibrous colonscope and pathological means.The clincal manifestations and the pathologically changed parts were respectively analysed and compared the coincidence rate of the fibrous co- lonscope diagnoses with those of the barium enema diagnoses and clinical diagnoses.Some views on the diagnosis were pointed out.
