柴琥清心饮为主对小儿病毒性心肌炎左心功能及外周血T细胞亚群的影响

摘    要:目的:为探讨柴琥清心饮治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎(viralmyocarditis,VMC)的效应及机理。方法:以疏利三焦、清心解毒之法的柴琥清心饮为主治疗52例VMC患儿,并与能量合剂为主的一般疗法32例作对照观察。结果:治疗组愈显率(71.2%)高于对照组(53.1%),Ridit分析,P<0.01;治疗组提高心功能短轴缩短率(FS)及射血分数(EF)优于对照组(P<0.01)。柴琥清心饮对T细胞免疫功能有调节作用,用药后可使患儿的CD_3和CD_4/CD_8比值趋于正常。结论:柴琥清心饮具有治疗病毒性心肌炎作用,改善左心功能和调节细胞免疫可能是其取得疗效的机理之一。

Abstract:To observe the effect of caihu Qingxin Yin (CHQXY) in treating viral myocarditis.Mathal: CHQXY was used to treat 52 cases of acute viral myocarditis in children , compared withthe routine method using energy mixture in 32 Patients. Results: (1 ) The total effective rate of 52patients using CHQXY was 71. 2% which was higher than that of the control group in 32 patientswith .53. 1 %, Ridit analysis, P<0. 01. (2) Functional shortaxial shortening rate (FS) and ejectingfraction (EF) in CHQXY group were superior to those of the control group, P<0. 01. (3) CHQXYmight modulate the immune function of T lymphocyte, enabled the CD3 and ratio of CD4/CD8 tendedto normalize. Conclusion: CHQXY played an important role in the treatment of viral myocarditiswith the mechanism of improving the left cardiac function and modulating celluar immune function.
