| 摘 要： | 建设“双师型”教师队伍,是提高高职教育教学水平,实现高职培养目标的前提和保证。通过分析高职院校教师队伍现状,结合辽宁信息职业技术学院的实际情况,阐述了“双师型”教师的认定与“双师型”教师队伍建设的必要性,并提出了建设“双师型”教师队伍的途径。
