慢性乙肝重叠戊肝病毒感染临床分析及病毒间干扰

目的；探索慢性乙肝重叠戊肝病毒感染后其临床表现、肝功能及对ＨＢＶ的影响。方法：对３０例慢性乙肝重叠戊型肝炎病毒感染后对临床表现、肝功能以及ＨＢＶ复制指标（ＨＢｅＡｇ，ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ）与单纯乙肝和戊肝病人进行对比观察。结果：发现慢性乙肝重叠戊型肝炎病毒感染后其临床类型偏中，重型多，与单纯慢性乙肝，戊肝血清总胆红素，ＡＬＴ、ＡＳＴ比较明显增高，与单纯乙肝比较，ＨＢｅＡｇ和ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阳性率显著降低，

Clinical analysis and effect on replication of HBV in chronic hepatitis B with HEV superinfection

Objective: This study was to investigate the influence of HEV superinfection on chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Method: A clinical analysis was made befween CHB with HEV superinfection (30 cases) and simple CHB (30 cases) as wellas hepatitis E (HE) (34 cases), compared patient's clinical symptons, liver function and serum markers of HBV replication (HBeAg, HBV DNA). Results: It was discovered that the CHB with superinfection showed to have more moderate and severe cases than those of simple CHB and HE. The serum bilirubin, ALT and AST in CHB with HEV superinfection were significantly higher than those in CHB and HE. Additionaly, the positive rate of serum makers of HBV replication in CHB with HEV superinfection was remarkably decreased as comparing with simple CHB. Conclusion: We consider that HEV superinfection may be one of the aggravating factors toward CHB, and that HEV superinfection could inhibit the HBV replication.
