摘    要:以吡咯为原料经酰基化、NBS为溴化、乙醇钠亲核取代、发烟硝酸硝化,以64.3%的总收率合成目标化合物4-溴-5-硝基-1H-吡咯-2-甲酸乙酯,合成工艺适合工业化生产,目标化合物的结构经1 H NMR、MS等表征。

Abstract:Using the pyrrole as the starting material,ethyl 4-bromo-5-nitro-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylate was synthesized through acylation,bromation by NBS,nucleophilic substitution by NaOC2H5 and nitration by fuming nitric acid.The total yield of the target product was 64.3 %,and the synthetic technique is suitable for industrial production.The target product structure was characterized by 1H NMR,MS spectra,etc.
