Abstract:Azo dye of Acid Orange52 can be degraded by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation of Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3and H2O2.The degrading efficiency was investigated,and the color of Acid Orange52 was almost completely removed after reaction for 2 h at 175 ℃ and pH 7,in which the TOC and COD removal rate was 94.4% and 92.3%,when the initial concentration of Acid Orange52 was 200 mg/L,oxygen pressure was 0.3 MPa,H2O2 was 66 mg/L and Fe2O3/γ-Al2O3 dosage was 8 g/L.
