| 摘 要： | EPC总承包模式在输电线路项目中应用广泛并大多采用固定总价合同.在该合同模式下,总承包商承担项目的大多数风险,成功应对这些风险是该类项目成功的关键.本文根据风险控制理论,结合输电线路工程特点及相关管理经验,对影响此类项目合同价格的风险因素进行了识别,并对重要风险因素进行了分析,同时提出控制措施.

| Abstract: | EPC mode with fixed-price contract is widely used in transmission line project.In this mode,most of project risks are taken by general contractors,it is critical to successfully cope with these risks.According to the risk control theory,combined with the features of transmission line project and related management experience,this paper identified the risk factors which affect the contract price,analyzed some important risk factors and proposed the control measures. |
