摘    要:采用紫外光对亚麻织物进行接枝改性,提高染色性能并实现同色深浅染色效果.通过测试亚麻织物的上染率,研究了遮挡材料、紫外光照射时间、紫外光光源波长、接枝单体质量分数、光引发剂用量等对亚麻织物染色效果的影响;采用扫描电镜、红外光谱对接枝前后的亚麻织物进行了表征 .结果表明,丙烯酸被接枝到亚麻织物上,硬纸板为合适的遮挡材料,紫...

Abstract:UV graft modification of linen fabric was used to improve linen dyeability to get the better tone-in-tone dyeing result.The effects of shielding materials,UV irradiation time,UV source wavelength,monomer mass fraction and photoinitiator amount on dye uptake were studied.The linen fabrics before and after grafting were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that acrylic acid was grafted onto linen fabrics.The hardboard was a suitable shielding material.At UV light source wavelength of 365 nm,UV irradiation time of 3 min,photoinitiator amount of 2%(o.w.m.) and acrylic acid mass fraction of 60%,the dyeing result was satisfactory and significant tone-in-tone dyeing effect was obtained.
