| 摘 要： | 为了保证管理变革过程中信息系统平滑、持续的演进,江苏省电力公司以SG186信息化工程为基础,通过TOGAF(The Open Group Architecture Framework)元模型方法,构建了比较完善的公司级企业架构,涵盖业务架构、数据架构、应用架构和技术架构,并在SG-ERP项目中通过模板和架构管控,以企业架构设计引领ERP实施,完成了SAP与原有信息化资产的整合,实现企业级集成服务设计。通过实践论证了基于企业架构开展信息化建设的必要性和先进性。
