铝基活塞耐磨圈结合质量超声C扫描技术研究

摘    要:采用超声C扫描技术检测Al2O3纤维增强铝基复合材料活塞耐磨圈结合质量。设计制作Al2O3纤维增强铝基复合材料活塞模拟对比试样,利用该试样研究耐磨圈结合质量超声C扫描检测工艺。结果表明,超声C扫描技术可实现对Al2O3纤维增强铝基复合材料活塞耐磨圈结合质量缺陷的定性、定位、定量检测。

Abstract:The ultrasonic C-scan testing method was used in detecting bond quality of wear ring of Al2O3 fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites piston.By designing and making simulated contrast sample of Al2O3 fiber reinforced metal matrix composites piston,the ultrasonic C-scan testing method was used to study the bond quality of the simulated piston.It shows that the ultrasonic C-scan technique can not only identify and locate the defect,but also measure its size precisely.
