男性肝硬化患者血清性激素水平变化的病例对照研究

目的 探讨男性肝硬化患者性激素水平变化及其临床意义。方法 采用发光免疫检测技术，检测男性肝硬化患者血清中睾酮（T）、促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）、泌乳素（PRL）等性激素水平，并与健康男性进行比较。结果 肝硬化患者睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）水平下降，与正常对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；泌乳素（PRL）水平升高，与正常对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；而促卵泡成熟激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）与正常对照组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 肝硬化患者性激素变化与肝功能损害有关，肝功能受损可能是导致性激素异常的重要原因。

Case-control study on the change of serum sex hormone level in male hepatocirrosis patients.

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical implications of serum sex hormone levels in male patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods The serum sex hormone levels, i.e. testosterone (T), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteotropic hormone (LH), estradiol (E_2) and prolactin (PRL) in male patients with liver cirrhosis were tested by luminescence immune detection techniques and compared with normal examples. Results The levels of serum testosterone (T) and estradiol (E_2) decreased and were significantly different from normal control group (P<0.01); Prolactin (PRL) level increased and was significantly different from normal control group (P<0.05); follicle- stimulating hormone (FSH) level and luteotropic hormone (LH) level in patients with liver cirrhosis were of no significant difference compared with normal control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Changes of sex hormones in patients with liver cirrhosis are associated with liver function damage, which maybe an important factor to cause an abnormal level of sex hormones.
