产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对抗生素的耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:探讨产与非产ESBLs大肠埃希菌对抗生素耐药性的差异,指导临床合理用药。方法:应用WHONET 5.0分析我院临床分离的201株大肠埃希菌的药敏情况。结果:大肠埃希菌对头孢替坦、亚胺培南、美洛培南和哌拉西林/他唑巴坦未发生耐药 对丁胺卡那霉素、妥布霉素和呋喃妥因的耐药性较低而对其他种类抗生素已高度耐药,临床不宜选用 产ESBLs的大肠埃希菌对多种抗生素耐药率明显高于非产ESBLs株。结论:及时掌握医院大肠埃希菌的耐药状况与变迁趋势,对临床合理用药有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the difference of drug resistance of Escherichia coli producing and none-producing extended spectum B-lactamases(ESBLs) to antibiotics so as to guide the rational clinical drug application.Methods:To analyze the drug susceptibility characteristics of the 201 Escherichia colis isolated clinically with WHONET5.0.Result:Escherichia coli showed no resistance to Cefotetan,Imipenem,Meropenemis,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,showed low resistance to Amikacin.Tobramycin furadantin,and showed high resistance to other antibiotics,which were inadaptable to clinical application.The drug resistance rate of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli was obviously higher than that of the ESBls none-producing Escherichia coli.Conclusion:To observe the drug resitance characteristics and transforming trend of Escherichia coli in hospitals with an aim can guide the rational clinical drug application.
